Everything was really nice about my stay. I appreciated that they came everyday and provided new towels, emptied waste basket and if needed and any cleaning requested. You didn't have to ask they automatically did so which is unlike any other hotels I have stayed at. No issues with anything. Room was clean and comfortable.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The suite larger than I expected, so I was very happy with that. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I also really liked the breakfast options.

Breakfast was okay. It had the basic items that a free breakfast would have. I ate sausage and eggs and drank the selection of juice they had. The eggs tasted like real shell eggs. Not something frozen or powdered.

Traveled as a solo woman. Needed a place to stop for the night off I-20. It was located in a nice neighborhood with other hotels also available on booking.com. There was a large selection of restaurants, big box stores, grocery, etc nearby. the hotel had a hot breakfast available, matching the pre-Covid choices and the coffee was strong. The sodas and snacks in the little shop were priced fairly. However, it was $20 more than the other hotel listed on booking for the same night that was essentially across the street. Had I known, I likely would have booked the other hotel as I was just sleeping and driving on.

Did not eat breakfast. Had coffee breakfast room looked fantastic but we had an appointment for breakfast. It's a nice very very well run hotel.

Fit the bill for what I needed on a road trip down the coast. Good bed, friendly staff, and a breakfast that was lacking but still fit the bill for what was needed. Overall could be $20 less a night and would be 9/10

Breakfast was good. Everything was super clean. Staff was willing to help in every way they could to make you comfortable. I “loved staying here.” It was one of the best places we stayed in, in a long time….if you’re looking for a new place to go and you enjoy horses and history, then visit Aiken S.C. It was a really nice place to vacation. Visit The Willcox Hotel*Restaurant*Spa for lunch or dinner you won’t be disappointed. Staff and food were great!!!

We loved the location. All of the staff from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the morning food service workers were all wonderful; very friendly and professional. Our room was clean, the toiletries offered were phenomenal (J.R. Watkins), and the breakfast was delicious. The nightly room rate was also very reasonable. We will definitely return to this hotel next time we are in town.
